From Jack’s Family:

Please join us as we celebrate the Life and Legacy of Jack Elliott Schapiro on Sunday, June 9, 2016 at 2 pm at Signature Flight Support, Morristown Airport located at 1 Airport Road, Morristown, NJ. Jack passed away on November 20 at the age of 94.

June 9 is a meaningful day for our family. Jack’s first “Wings Over Jersey” column ran in the Newark Star-Ledger 56 years ago on Sunday, June 9, 1963. We understand this is a busy time of year with graduations, weddings and the Reading WWII Weekend. If you are unable to attend but wish to share your remembrances of Jack with the family, please email them to the address below.

If you plan to attend, we ask that you RSVP by May 31 to as seating is limited. We hope to see you on June 9 to celebrate Jack’s life.
